We usually write bilingual contracts in Portuguese and English. If necessary, we have correspondents in China and Dubai who can write and review contracts in Chinese and Arabic.
In addition to helping negotiate the terms of the sale and the execution of agreements, we pay special attention to payment methods and guarantees, including review of letters of credit and bank guarantees, as well as assistance in finishing the foreign exchange transactions needed to bring the funds to Brazil.
